Lisa is a qualified Biodanza facilitator. She started dancing in 2002, and instantly fell in love with the Biodanza form. She had some serious health challenges at that time and Biodanza was an ongoing call into life, vitality and wellbeing, as well as a place to develop loving compassion for herself and others. She completed the facilitator training in 2009 and ran a weekly class till 2016.
She practices mindfulness meditation and looks to bring that cultivation of presence into her facilitation.
She is a ceramic artist who runs a small porcelain design and production studio.
Currently she teaches Biodanza workshops so please contact her if you want to be put on her mailing list for these events.
